so every Rosemeade2 homeowner should be familiar with even the more minor laws (laws define
offensive activity) such as:
Carrollton Ordinances
Sec. 92.40. - Parking regulations and maintenance. (A)(9) reads:
It shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant of a residence to park
or allow the parking of a vehicle owned by or under the control of that
owner or occupant to be parked at a location on the public street that
does not adjoin the property on which that residence is located
between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
and:
“Texas Transportation Code Sec. 545.303. ADDITIONAL PARKING REGULATIONS.
(a) An operator who stops or parks on a two-way roadway shall do so with
the right-hand wheels of the vehicle parallel to and within 18 inches of
the right-hand curb or edge of the roadway.”
