Since Covenant 10 of the Rosemeade2 Deed Restrictions prohibit "offensive activity", every Roseemeade2 homeowner should be familiar with the following laws that define offensive activity: Carrollton Ordinances Sample Ordinance: Sec. 92.40. - Parking regulations and maintenance. (A)(9) reads: It shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant of a residence to park or allow the parking of a vehicle owned by or under the control of that owner or occupant to be parked at a location on the public street that does not adjoin the property on which that residence is located between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.
